Users can now add up to five guest video boxes to their TikTok live-stream. Multi-guest feature has been rolling out to all TikTok users since July. It could open up new opportunities for panel chats, panel chats and live TV viewing sessions. For brands, it could also provide new ways to showcase or preview your latest products, facilitate creator collaborations, run fan Q and A, show different aspects of your business, and more. TikTok Live is currently available to all users with over 1,000 followers, while Live Guests is available to those with over 5,000. It is still in the process of rolling it out to users, but TikTok does seem to be reviewing those requirements, with no mention of these follower thresholds. This is good news for creators as it expands their potential audience and opens up new opportunities for collaboration.
